Entry Conditions

1. Entries close at 5pm on Monday 19th August.
2. An entry can only be entered in ONE category, but designers may have multiple entries per category. A different model is required for each entry.
3. All Garments must be able to fit up the stairs to the stage.
4. Upcycled entries require a photo of the original article(s) which can be uploaded on the entry form or with Get In Touch, identifying the piece by Competition, Category, and name of the work in the text.
5. Entries do not need to be sewn except for “Touch of Class”.
6. No entry will be judged on its construction.
7. Collaborative entries are acceptable. Please list all names on the entry form.
8. An accessory item can be entered in any category.  Models must wear black for all other clothing.
9. Models must attend the rehearsal, otherwise the entry may be disqualified.
10. Rehearsals will be in the afternoon of Saturday 7th September from 12 noon.  Exact times will be emailed to you depending on the category you entered.
11. Outfits are not required at rehearsal.
12. Entries may be refused if deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.
13. It is the judges decision to award a prize or not in any category.  The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entrants give permission for their work to be photographed for publicity purposes.
15. 2nd prize will only be awarded where there are 4 or more entries in the category.
